Reeltime Viewer & On-Set Dynamics: How's it Shifting Things?

Hey everyone, I'm producing a mid-sized indie feature right now, and I'm seeing more and more of our key creatives (director, DP, even our first AD) using Pomfort Reeltime Viewer on their personal devices during takes. It’s definitely a new development for me, and while I see the immediate benefit of everyone having instant access, I'm genuinely curious about the broader impact.

Before, monitors were usually in a dedicated village, and feedback felt more centralized. Now, with everyone essentially having a mini-monitor in their pocket, it feels like the communication flow is changing. I've tried to keep our traditional monitor village for core crew, but the personal devices are definitely a parallel system. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you feel it's affecting on-set hierarchy, and communication, for better or worse?
