1st AC (Focus Puller) for Indie Short

Hey everyone, Tomáš here, a Gaffer working on an exciting independent short film in Prague. We're looking for a dedicated 1st AC (Focus Puller) to join our passionate crew. It's a dark comedy, kind of a quirky character piece about an unlikely friendship forming over a very messy situation. We're aiming for a slightly stylized, almost Wes Anderson-esque visual tone, with some fun camera movement. Your main responsibilities will be maintaining critical focus, assisting with lens changes, and general camera department support. While any experience level is welcome, a basic understanding of camera systems and an eagerness to learn quickly are appreciated. Please send over a brief introductory email and if you have one, a link to your reel (even student projects are great!). Shoot dates are approximate, but we're looking at late June for 3-4 days of shooting. Hours will be typical film set hours, but we're committed to making it a positive and collaborative environment. This is a volunteer position, but we'll provide meals on set and, of course, full screen credit. Looking forward to hearing from you!
