Camera for Feature Film

Hey filmmakers, we're looking for a seasoned 1st AC to join our independent feature film production in Atlanta. It's a gripping psychological thriller with a dark, atmospheric tone, think 'Prisoners' meets 'The Babadook.' We're really excited about the script and the talent attached. Your main responsibilities will include pulling sharp focus, managing camera equipment, setting up and striking gear efficiently, and generally being the rock Star-of-the-Camera-Department. We need someone who can anticipate needs and keep things moving smoothly on set. We're looking for someone with extensive feature film experience as a 1st AC. Please have your own follow focus system, lens cleaning kit, and a proven track record. A solid reel showcasing your work is a must. Shoot dates are approximately 25 days, starting mid-September. We're expecting 10-12 hour days. We'll be providing all camera bodies and lenses. This is a paid position, offering $100-200 per day, depending on experience.
