Production for Feature Film

Hey fellow filmmakers, I'm Victor, a Key Grip working on an independent feature film that needs a dedicated Assistant Camera. This is a gritty, character-driven drama set in the underground boxing world, with a high-stakes, intense narrative. It's truly a passion project with a strong script and a passionate crew. We're looking for someone who can help with camera setup and breakdown, lens changes, pulling focus, and ensuring all camera equipment is handled with care. You'll be working closely with our cinematographer to keep things running smoothly on set. While we don't have a specific gear requirement for you to bring (we're providing the camera package), prior experience as an AC on student films or other independent productions is a must. Please have a reel or a list of projects you've worked on available to share. We're aiming to shoot late summer, early fall, probably over a few weekends and some weekdays, for about 15-20 days total. Specific dates are still being firmed up. This is a volunteer position, but it's a fantastic chance to get feature film credit and work with a committed team in Los Angeles. Meals and craft services will be provided on set.
