Art Director, Corporate Video (Entry)

Hey everyone, I'm a screenwriter looking to team up with an enthusiastic and creative Art Director for an upcoming corporate video project in Austin. We're creating a short, narrative-driven piece for an education tech company, focusing on innovative learning solutions. Think bright, clean, and inspiring visuals that tell a compelling story, not just a product demo. We need someone who can help us define and execute the overall aesthetic, bringing a fresh perspective to a corporate brief. Your main responsibilities will include conceptualizing and sourcing props, managing set dressing, and ensuring visual consistency throughout. You'll be working closely with a small, independent production team. While we don't expect you to own an entire warehouse of props, access to basic decorative items and a knack for finding creative solutions on a budget is a huge plus. Please share your reel or portfolio, highlighting any relevant experience in set decoration, art direction, or even interior design. Shoot dates are approximately two to three non-consecutive days in late May or early June, full 10-hour days. We'll provide some foundational set pieces, and you'll be compensated $250/day flat.
