Camera for Pilot

Hey film fam, looking for a talented Camera Operator to join our team for an exciting pilot episode. This project is a dark comedy, think something akin to a Coen Brothers film with a modern twist, exploring themes of morality and consequence in a suburban setting. We're aiming for a stylized, cinematic so your creative input on camera movement and composition will be key. Your primary responsibility will be operating the main camera, working closely with the Cinematographer to execute their vision and bringing your own artistic flair when appropriate. We're specifically looking for someone with experience operating professional cinema cameras and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. Please have your own camera package (specifically a Blackmagic Pocket 6K or similar) and comfortable with a small, independent crew environment. Previous narrative experience on independent productions is a must, and please send over your reel showcasing your best work. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for mid-August, spread over 4-5 days, with flexible hours. We'll provide craft services and a great working atmosphere. This is a partnership opportunity, meaning compensation will be via a revenue share agreement once the pilot is complete and pitched.
