Grip for Indie Sci-Fi Pilot

Hey everyone, I'm a Post-Production Supervisor putting together a pilot for a sci-fi drama, imagine Black Mirror with a more intimate, character-driven feel. It explores how technology impacts human connection, with some cool practical effects plans. This is a passion project looking for dedicated folks to help bring it to life. We're searching for a skilled Grip to join our small, enthusiastic crew. You'll be essential in setting up and striking lighting, camera support, and other production equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely on set. We're looking for someone who can anticipate needs, problem-solve on the fly, and contribute to a positive set environment. Ideally, you'll have 2-3 years of experience in gripping on independent productions, a solid understanding of set safety, and your own basic grip kit (gloves, C-wrench, tape, etc.). A reel or portfolio demonstrating your previous work (even stills from set) is a big plus. Shoot dates are approximately 3-4 days in late July, likely over two weekends, full days expected, but we'll build in breaks. We’re providing craft services and a great opportunity to collaborate on an exciting story.
