Line Producing for Corporate Video

Seeking a Line Producer for an upcoming corporate video project, a series of short, engaging testimonial and explainer videos for an exciting tech startup. This is a deferred compensation project (points plus deferred pay structure), with an estimated 1-2 day shoot around September 16, 2026. This role is open to entry-level professionals who are eager to gain experience in corporate video production management. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling, location scouting (if local to Nashville), and overseeing logistics from pre-production through wrap. You'll be working closely with a small, independent production team to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with all aspects of line producing on a professional set. We're looking for someone highly organized with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. While this is an entry-level position, some prior experience coordinating shoots, even student films or smaller projects, is a plus. A strong reel or portfolio showcasing any production management or organizational skills will be favorably considered. You don't need to own specific gear for this role. Remote candidates are welcome, though local presence in Nashville, TN, would be beneficial for some on-the-ground tasks. Meals and basic travel expenses for the shoot days will be covered. Expect about 3 weeks of intermittent work leading up to and including the shoot days.
