Location Scout/Coordinator, Music Video

Hey NOLA folks. We're an independent production shooting a music video for an up-and-coming artist, and we're looking for a dedicated Location Scout/Coordinator to join our team. This track is some high-energy, soulful hip-hop, and we want the visuals to match that vibrant New Orleans spirit. We'll be hitting some iconic spots but also some hidden gems to really bring the vibe. Think gritty alleyways, colorful street art, historic architecture, and some lush outdoor spaces. You'll be our boots on the ground, identifying potential shoot locations, securing permissions, coordinating logistics for access, and generally being our point person for all things location related. We need someone who knows New Orleans like the back of their hand, has a good eye for cinematic backdrops, and can navigate permits and local connections. Entry-level is fine if you're enthusiastic and resourceful. Experience with location scouting or production coordination is a big plus, but we're open to someone eager to learn and contribute creatively. A solid understanding of the city's neighborhoods and a reliable vehicle are pretty essential. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for late June, 2-3 full days of shooting. This is an opportunity for a co-producer credit and backend participation, because we believe in shared success on indie projects. Let's make something awesome together.
