Locations for Web Series

Looking for an experienced Location Manager to join our upcoming web series, a quirky sci-fi comedy with a found-footage lean. Think "Parks and Rec" meets "The X-Files," and you're in the ballpark. We're on the hunt for unique, slightly offbeat locations around Albuquerque that can help us build out our world. This is a crucial role for the look and feel of the show. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and securing a variety of locations, negotiating agreements, managing permits, and making sure our sets are production-ready. You’ll be overseeing a small team and working closely with our AD department on logistics. You should have a solid network in the New Mexico film community and a knack for problem-solving. We’re looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in location management, specifically on independent productions. Please include a resume and references detailing your past work. Knowledge of New Mexico permitting processes is a big plus. We’ll provide a scouting vehicle and cover any location-related expenses directly. Shoot dates are approximately late October through November, five days a week, ten-hour days. We're excited to hear from you.
