Production Design for Web Series

Hey filmmakers of Miami! We're putting together a really cool, independent horror web series and are searching for a talented Production Designer to join our team. This project delves into psychological horror with a sprinkle of body horror, creating a truly unsettling and visually driven experience. We need someone who can help us build a believable, creepy world on a tight budget. Your main responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing set designs, sourcing props and set dressing, and working closely with the director to achieve the desired aesthetic. We're open to all experience levels, from recent grads looking for a chance to shine, to seasoned pros who love a creative challenge. You should have some experience with set construction or prop making, and bonus points if you have your own basic tools. A portfolio or reel showcasing your design sensibilities is a must, even if it's student work. The shoot dates are approximate, targeting late April into early May, with flexible hours as we get closer to principal photography. We'll provide a modest budget for materials and cover any necessary rental costs. This is a passion project, offering deferred compensation (points + deferred pay after distribution), but it’s a killer opportunity to get some amazing work on your reel and connect with a dedicated crew.
