Streamlining Sound Workflow: Single-Person Indie Set

Hey everyone, I'm a location scout usually, but I'm pulling double duty as the sound person on a micro-budget indie short this month. We're moving super fast, basically run-and-gun with an a7S III and some small LED panels like the Aputure 600d. The ideal sound workflow I’ve seen often describes arriving hours early, doing full RF scans, and coordinating extensively with every department. Honestly, that's just not happening here when I'm also helping set up grip gear.

I’ve been trying to do quick frequency checks with my MixPre-6 II right when I get to a location and then just praying my MKH 8060 doesn't pick up too much interference. It’s stressful, and I know I'm probably missing things. How do you, as a single sound person on these types of fast-paced, low-budget indie sets, condense or adapt that comprehensive workflow to ensure good audio, especially related to RF and inter-department checks? The script's dialogue-heavy, so I need to nail it.
