Production Assistant, Narrative Feature

Hey everyone, we're gearing up for an independent narrative feature, a gritty, character-driven drama set in the criminal underworld of Austin. Think early Soderbergh, but with a Texas twist. We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Production Assistant to join our small, but passionate, crew. As our PA, you'll be instrumental in keeping things running smoothly on set. This includes assisting the production team with various tasks, organizing equipment, running errands, helping with crafty, and generally being a crucial support system. You'll wear many hats, but you'll get incredible hands-on experience on a feature film. No specific gear is required, just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This is an entry-level position, so prior feature experience isn't a must, but any set experience is a plus. Please have reliable transportation, as you'll be moving around Austin. Shoot dates are approximately late October through mid-November, mostly 10-12 hour days. We'll provide meals and a great learning environment. This project is deferred, offering points in the film's后端 after distribution.
