Senior Production Designer, Music Video, Atlanta

Hey Atlanta based designers. I'm a Director/Writer working on an upcoming independent music video project and am looking for a talented Senior Production Designer to join the team. This is for an alternative R&B artist, aiming for a dreamlike, ethereal aesthetic with some surrealist elements. Think elevated, visually striking. We're envisioning 5-6 distinct sets or environments, so this will involve concepting, sourcing, and on-set dressing. I really need someone who can translate broad creative visions into tangible, impactful aesthetics. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with me on visual concepts, creating mood boards and sketches, managing set design and construction for multiple looks, and overseeing props and decor. You'll be leading the art department. Looking for someone with significant experience (5+ years) in music videos or short-form narrative, a strong portfolio showcasing your design chops, and a familiarity with working efficiently on independent productions.
