I'm Elena, a producer currently tackling a docuseries centered on community activism. I'm really trying to capture that deeply authentic, unvarnished insight from our subjects. I've been experimenting with a more fly-on-the-wall approach, reminiscent of Wiseman's style, letting scenes unfold naturally. But then, for direct interviews, I've also been considering how something like an Interrotron setup could create a really intimate connection with the viewer, bypassing the camera's presence.
