Art Coordinator (Commercial, Portland)
Hey there! I'm a Production Designer working on an upcoming commercial shoot here in Portland and I'm looking for a solid Art Coordinator to join my team. This is a fun project, a lifestyle spot for a well-known brand, so we'll be building some cool, modern environments. It's an independent production with a great vibe, very collaborative. Your main gig will be helping me keep the art department humming. That means managing budgets, tracking purchases, coordinating with vendors, and getting props and set dressing where they need to be. Basically, you'll be my right-hand person making sure all the logistics are covered so I can focus on the creative. No specific gear required on your end, just a sharp organizational brain and a good attitude. Experience in art department coordination (even if it's just on student films or small projects) is a plus, but if you're really organized and eager to learn, this could be a great entry point into commercial work.
