Art Coordinator for Commercial

Looking for a seasoned Art Coordinator to join the team for an upcoming commercial project in Los Angeles. This spot is for a tech company, aiming for a clean, modern aesthetic with some really fun practical effects. It's a great opportunity to get a high-profile production on your reel. You'll be instrumental in keeping the art department organized, tracking expenditures, managing purchasing, and coordinating props and set dressing. Essentially, you'll be the backbone of our operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly so my team can focus on the creative. We're looking for someone with extensive commercial or high-end narrative experience in a similar role. You'll need to be highly organized, proactive, and have a good understanding of art department logistics. Please include a link to your resume and any relevant production lists. Shoot dates are tentatively set for early June for about 5 days, with prep starting immediately. We'll be working standard 12-hour days. We will provide all necessary tools, but your own laptop and reliable transportation are a must. Compensation for this role is a backend percentage, which will be discussed in detail during interviews.
