Art Coordinator, Mid-Level Feature Film

Hey everyone, Ben Castillo here. We're gearing up for an independent production, a gritty and character-driven crime thriller that’s going to be a blast to shoot. We're looking for a sharp Art Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. This is for an upcoming feature film with a really unique visual style, aiming for a grounded, almost neo-noir feel. You'll be instrumental in supporting the production designer, handling all sorts of logistics from tracking inventory and managing prop rentals to coordinating deliveries and keeping our art budget organized. We need someone who's super detail-oriented and can keep things moving smoothly. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be interfacing with vendors and various department heads. Preferably, you'll have at least 2-3 feature film credits in a similar art department role. Please be ready to share a short reel or portfolio that demonstrates your organizational prowess and any relevant experience. Knowledge of common art department software or tracking systems is a strong plus. We're looking at approximate shoot dates mid to late summer, with prep starting soon. This is a 10-12 hour day gig, and we'll be providing all necessary office equipment and supplies. Let's make some movie magic!
