Colorist for Sci-Fi Pilot

Hey everyone, I'm a DIT working on an exciting independent pilot and we're looking for a talented Colorist to join our post-production team. This is a gritty, character-driven sci-fi drama with some really interesting visual storytelling. We've got some cool practical effects mixed with subtle VFX, so there's plenty of room to craft a unique look. Your main responsibilities will involve working closely with the director and myself to establish the final aesthetic, balancing color, and ensuring continuity across scenes. We'll be delivering in HDR. You'll need to have access to your own calibrated grading suite and relevant software like DaVinci Resolve. Ideally, you’ll have some experience with independent projects, but we're open to all experience levels, so don't hesitate to reach out if you've got a great eye. Please include a link to your reel highlighting narrative work. This will be a single-day commitment, possibly two, sometime in late June or early July, flexible based on your availability. We're offering a daily rate of $200-400, depending on experience. We'll provide all necessary files and a detailed lookbook. Based in Los Angeles, you'll be working remotely but we'll have virtual check-ins. Looking forward to seeing your work!
