Applying 'Scalable Asset Library' to Production - Seeking Workflow Advice

Hey everyone,

I'm Antoine, a camera operator always looking to optimize workflows. I've been hearing a lot about building a 'scalable asset library' for projects, essentially, capturing content that can be easily repurposed into various micro-formats later for marketing, social, etc. Theoretically, this sounds fantastic.

My current approach mainly focuses on capturing the primary narrative. We’ll shoot on an AMIRA or a RED, often with an M18 or SkyPanel S60-C for key light. We might grab some B-roll, but it's usually supplemental to the main edit.

I've tried adding dedicated 'social' passes, but it sometimes feels clunky and adds significant time. I'm wondering how others integrate this concept from day one, not as an afterthought.

How have you adapted the 'scalable asset library' concept into your pre-production planning and on-set shooting process to ensure you capture these micro-content pieces from day one?
