Navigating HDR: Avoiding Common Pitfalls?

Hey fellow filmmakers, Amara here. I'm gearing up for a new documentary project, focusing on a local environmental initiative. We're planning to shoot on an FX3 and are really pushing for an HDR delivery alongside SDR, primarily for streaming platforms. I'm trying to get my head around all the nuances, as my prior work has been almost exclusively SDR delivery. I’ve been reading up, but a lot of the technicalities are still a bit abstract. What are some of the absolute biggest mistakes or pitfalls I should actively avoid when working with HDR, especially coming from an SDR-centric background? Things like misinterpreting HDR as just 'brighter SDR' or issues with monitoring on set. Any advice on keeping things clean from capture to final grade would be hugely appreciated!
