Struggling with Reward Fulfillment Costs - Any Tips?

Hey everyone, as a 1st AC, I'm usually focused on getting the shots right with our ALEXA Mini or V-RAPTOR XL, but I'm trying to produce my own short film now. We just successfully funded a small Kickstarter, which is awesome! The issue I'm running into is the cost of reward fulfillment. I've heard up to 30% of the pledge value can go towards it (shipping, materials, unique items). We sent out a few behind-the-scenes photos printed on nice paper, and a personalized 'thank you' video shot on the FX9 to our higher-tier backers, and it already ate into our small budget far more than anticipated. I was hoping to stretch every dollar towards getting more PavoTube II 30X lights for a crucial scene, but it's looking tight. How do you all manage these kinds of costs, especially when working on a really tight budget? Are there any strategies I'm missing?
