Scaling Productions: Spreadsheet to Platform for Contracts?

Hey everyone, I'm Troy. I'm currently on a commercial shoot (lots of Orbiter lights and we're using a couple of V-RAPTOR XLs this week. For years, I've managed my grip contracts and invoices with basic spreadsheets. It worked fine for smaller gigs, even when I brought on an additional team for an AMIRA shoot last month. But as these projects get bigger, with more crew, more specialized gear, and more complex job breakdowns, the spreadsheet method feels like it’s going to break. I'm looking at things like Wrapbook or even just DocuSign for the contract side, but I'm not sure how to make the leap effectively. How have others here adapted their contract management workflow when moving from simple spreadsheets to more integrated platforms as their productions) and their crew, scaled up?
