Tech for Child Actors' Schooling: Has Anyone Cracked the Code?
Hey everyone, Ethan Savard here. I'm currently on a feature where we've got a couple of young actors, and managing their on-set schooling and scheduling is always a puzzle. Between keeping their grades up and hitting our shot list, it feels like we're constantly juggling. With all the virtual schooling platforms and advanced communication tools available now, I'm genuinely curious if anyone has found some tech solutions that actually simplify this process.
I've tried using shared calendars and even some dedicated project management software for their tutors, but it often feels clunky and doesn't quite integrate with the ever-shifting production schedule. It seems like there's so much potential for these new tools to streamline things, but I haven't quite found the killer app or workflow yet.
Has anyone implemented any specific tech solutions or platforms that have genuinely made a difference in managing schooling and scheduling constraints for minors on set?
