Camera for Pilot

Hey filmmakers! We're searching for a talented, senior Director of Photography for an upcoming independent pilot. This is a dramatic, character-driven piece (think dark comedy meets psychological thriller) with a unique narrative structure that we're really excited about. The visual storytelling will be crucial in setting the tone and building suspense. As our DP, you'll be responsible for all aspects of cinematography, from collaborating with the director on the visual style to overseeing camera, lighting, and grip crews. We need someone who can bring a strong aesthetic vision and execute it efficiently. You'll need to have your own cinema-grade camera package (RED, Arri, Sony Venice, or similar), lenses, and lighting basic package, or access to one. Please have a strong reel showcasing your dramatic work. This is a partnership opportunity, offering a revenue share in the project. We're aiming for a 5-day shoot tentatively in late August or early September in the Los Angeles area. We'll provide craft services, lunch, and a positive, collaborative set.
