Camera Operator, Corporate Interview
Hey everyone, Natalie here. I'm helping out an independent production looking for a skilled Camera Operator for an upcoming corporate video project in New York City. This one's an interview-style shoot, fairly straightforward but needs a good eye. We're aiming for a clean, professional somewhat journalistic in tone, highlighting the interview subject in an engaging way. Your main responsibilities will involve setting up and operating a single camera for the interview, ensuring good framing, focus, and exposure. We'll likely have a basic lighting package but your input on camera placement and composition will be crucial. We're looking for someone who can work independently and deliver high-quality footage. Ideally, you'll have your own camera package, preferably a mirrorless or DSLR setup capable of shooting high-quality video (GH5, A7sIII, FX3, C70, etc.). Please be prepared to share a reel or examples of your previous interview or corporate work. Experience level is open; we're happy to consider newer folks with strong portfolios. Shoot dates are flexible but we're targeting late July or early August, probably one or two full days, 8-10 hours each. We'll be providing lunch and craft services on set. This is a paid gig, $150-300 per day depending on experience and gear included. Let me know if you're interested!
