Art Coordinator, Corporate Video (NY)

Looking for a skilled Art Coordinator for an upcoming corporate video project in New York City. We're creating a set of dynamic, engaging explainer videos for a tech client, focusing on clean graphics and a modern aesthetic. This isn't your average talking head video, there's a good amount of set dressing and prop work involved to bring our concepts to life. You'll be primarily responsible for sourcing and managing props and set dressing, assisting with set builds and strike, and generally keeping the art department organized and on schedule. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience on similar corporate or commercial projects is a must, and we'd love to see a reel or portfolio showcasing your art department work. Access to a vehicle for prop runs is a huge plus, but not strictly required. We'll be shooting approximately 3-4 days in mid-July (exact dates TBD), with 1-2 prep days beforehand. Expect 10-12 hour days. Rate is $200-400/day, depending on experience. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set. Come join a friendly, hardworking crew!
