Art Department for Corporate Video

Hey everyone, we're looking for a talented Art Coordinator to join an upcoming corporate brand storytelling video shoot here in NYC. This isn't your typical dry corporate gig - we're aiming for a stylish, visually engaging piece that feels more like a mini-documentary with a refined aesthetic, exploring a company's innovative spirit. We'll be shooting interviews and b-roll in some cool locations, showcasing their product in action with a polished, modern feel. As Art Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in bringing our visual concepts to life. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing props, managing set dressing, helping to organize scenic elements, and ensuring consistency across our various shoot locations. You'll work closely with the Director and DP to execute their vision and maintain the overall look and feel. We're looking for someone with around 3-5 years of experience in art department roles, preferably on corporate, commercial, or independent film sets with professional production values. A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your art direction and coordination skills is a must. You should have a good eye for detail, be resourceful, and comfortable working independently. We’ll provide a production vehicle for transport of props and set pieces, and lunch/crafty will be covered. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at 3-4 days in late June/early July, standard 10-hour days. This is a paid position, $1000-$1500 per day negotiable depending on experience. Send over your resume and reel if you're interested!
