Color Grading for Music Video

Music Video Color Grading New Orleans, LA mid Budget: $2000-3000/week

Seeking a talented Colorist for an upcoming independent music video project. We're shooting in New Orleans, targeting early July for shoot dates, exact dates TBD. We're offering $2000-3000 for about a week of work. This is for a high-energy, visually driven track, think vibrant, gritty, and a bit surreal. We really want the colors to tell a story and set the mood. You'll be responsible for grading all footage, ensuring consistency, and creating a distinct visual style that elevates the artist's vision. We'll be working with RED RAW files. You'll need to have your own color suite, including a calibrated monitor and software (DaVinci Resolve preferred), and be comfortable with remote collaboration for reviews but ideally based in or near New Orleans for potential in-person sessions. Please send in your reel or a portfolio with examples of your music video or commercial work. Experience working on projects with a tight turnaround is a plus. We're a small production team, so clear communication and a good attitude are key. Deliverables will be final graded files in a specified codec and resolution. We're looking for someone mid-level, who knows their way around a project and can bring some creative flair without needing constant oversight.
