VFX for Web Series

Hey Atlanta VFX pros! We're seeking a skilled Mid-Level VFX Artist for an upcoming independent web series. It's a dark comedy, really leaning into surreal elements and stylized creature design, so we need someone who can bring a distinctive visual flair to the table. You'll be instrumental in creating fantastical creature effects, environmental enhancements, and general visual cleanup, working closely with our post-production supervisor. Key responsibilities include compositing, CGI integration, basic modeling/texturing, and motion graphics. You should have a strong understanding of industry-standard software (e.g., Nuke, After Effects, Maya, Blender). Please only apply if you have a solid reel demonstrating relevant experience on narrative projects, not just commercials. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a paid position, offering $2000-3000 per week, depending on experience. Post-production will be primarily remote, but occasional in-person meetings in Atlanta might be required. We anticipate the post-production phase to begin in late September and last approximately 6-8 weeks, with 40-50 hour work weeks. We'll provide project files and detailed briefs.
