Entry-Level Line Producer, Commercial
Hey everyone, Elena here, a Producer on an independent production company's upcoming commercial shoot. We’re putting together a dynamic team for an exciting, fast-paced commercial project filming in New York City. This spot is for a popular lifestyle brand, focusing on an energetic, aspirational vibe. It's a great opportunity for someone with an entry-level background in production management to gain valuable experience on a paid commercial set. We're looking for a motivated Line Producer to help us keep everything running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with budget tracking, coordinating logistics (locations, permits, equipment rentals), managing schedules, and generally supporting the production team. You'll work closely with me to ensure we stay on track and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of production experience, preferably with some exposure to commercial sets. Experience creating or managing call sheets and production reports is a big plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly are essential. While we don't require you to bring your own gear, familiarity with standard production software (scheduling, budgeting) is a benefit. Please send over your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience. Shoot dates are approximate for mid-July, lasting about 3-4 days, with pre-production starting a week prior. Hours will be typical commercial production hours, generally 10-12 hour days. Compensation is $150-300 per day, depending on experience. Meals and local transportation during shoot days will be provided.
