Line Producing for Music Video

Looking for an enthusiastic and organized Line Producer for an upcoming independent music video shoot here in Chicago. This project is a visually driven, high-energy pop/R&B track with some cool surrealist elements we're excited to bring to life. We're a small production company, and we need someone to jump in and really own the logistics of this shoot. Your main responsibilities will include managing the budget (within the $25-35K range), drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring a safe and efficient set. This is a hands-on role perfect for an entry-level professional who is eager to gain significant experience. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. Any experience with union (SAG-AFTRA or IATSE) paperwork is a plus, but not required, we can teach that part. We're looking at approximately 5 shoot days, likely late July or early August, plus prep time. Typical 12-hour days on set. We'll provide all necessary production software and resources.
