Art Coordinator for Indie Short Film

Hey everyone, I'm a Production Designer looking for a talented Art Coordinator to join me on an upcoming independent short film in Los Angeles. This is a dramatic character piece, a bit moody and visually driven, exploring themes of memory and loss. We're aiming for a strong festival run, and the art department will be key to bringing our unique world to life. As our Art Coordinator, you'd be responsible for helping manage our art budget, tracking purchases, coordinating set dressing logistics, and assisting with prop acquisition and returns. Basically, you'd be my right hand in keeping the department organized and running smoothly. We're looking for someone with around 2-3 years of experience in art department coordination, preferably on short films or smaller independent features. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a good communicator. Familiarity with local prop houses and vendors is a big plus. While we don't require you to bring any specific gear, a reliable laptop and strong organizational software skills are a must.
