Line Producer, Corporate Video (Mid) Toronto

Looking for an experienced Line Producer for an upcoming corporate video project in Toronto. This isn't your typical talking-head gig, we're aiming for a dynamic, visually engaging piece for a tech client, think more short film than corporate drone. We need someone who can hit the ground running with strong budgeting, scheduling, and logistical skills to keep this production on track and on budget. Key responsibilities include managing all pre-production logistics, securing crew and vendors, overseeing location permits, maintaining daily shot lists, and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout. You'll be working closely with the director and our small, dedicated crew. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of line producing experience, specifically with corporate or commercial video. A strong network of local crew and vendors is a huge plus. Please provide your day rate expectations and a brief reel or a list of relevant projects where you served as Line Producer. Shoot dates are currently TBD, likely 3-4 days in late July/early August, with a few days of prep leading up to it. We provide all necessary production insurance and will handle all major equipment rentals. Compensation is $500-800/day, depending on experience. This is an independent production, so a proactive, problem-solving attitude is essential.
