Production Coordinator (Commercial)

Hey everyone, I'm a Line Producer putting together a small, independent commercial shoot and I'm looking for a solid Production Coordinator to jump on board. This is for a vibrant, fun brand in the lifestyle space, with a really engaging concept that I think will stand out. We're looking at a sleek, modern aesthetic, with a focus on dynamic visuals and a positive, upbeat tone. It's a great opportunity to get some strong commercial work on your reel. As Production Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in keeping us organized before and during the shoot. Key responsibilities include managing call sheets, coordinating travel and accommodation needs (where applicable), assisting with location logistics, supporting the crew with day-to-day needs, and generally being our organizational backbone. You'll be working closely with me to make sure everything runs smoothly. We're looking for someone with senior-level experience in production coordination, ideally with some commercial background. You should be highly organized, proactive, a great communicator, and able to problem-solve quickly. While the production is London-based, I'm open to individuals working remotely for the pre-production phases as needed. We're aiming for shoot dates around late May, early June, and it will likely be a 2-3 day shoot with a few weeks of prep.
