Line Producer, Indie Feature Film (NY)

Hey everyone, Kevin here. I'm gearing up to AD an exciting independent feature film shooting in New York City, and we're on the hunt for a seasoned Line Producer to join our team. This is a gritty, character-driven drama, think early 2000s indie vibe, with a strong script that's already getting some buzz. It's an ambitious project, but with a dedicated crew and clear vision, and we're looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all logistical aspects of the production, managing the budget, scheduling, vendor negotiations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on set. We need someone with solid prior feature film experience, particularly in the independent space, who can navigate the complexities of a lean shoot with grace and efficiency. You should have a strong network of local crew and vendors. We're open to seeing reels or portfolios that showcase your previous work. Shoot dates are approximately 5 weeks, starting late fall/early winter. Daily rate is $150-300, depending on experience. We're looking for someone who can commit to the entire production schedule.
