Line Producing for Corporate Video

Looking for an experienced Senior Line Producer for an upcoming corporate video project here in Los Angeles. This isn't your typical dry corporate piece, we're aiming for a dynamic, engaging, and visually polished promotional video for a well-known tech client. Think sleek aesthetics, impactful messaging, and a quick turnaround. The shoot itself is relatively concise, likely 1-2 days, but there's significant prep work involved. Your main responsibilities will include thorough budget management, scheduling, vendor negotiation (locations, equipment, crew), and ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly from pre-production through wrap. You'll be the backbone of the production, making sure we stay on track and on budget. We need someone with several years of line producing experience, specifically in corporate or commercial video production. Experience managing productions with a decent amount of moving parts and external stakeholders is a must. You should be proactive, resourceful, and a great communicator. Please have a portfolio or a list of past projects demonstrating your experience. Specific gear is not required as we will be renting, but your expertise in sourcing rentals is key. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at early to mid-September. Expect full workdays during the production phase and flexible hours during prep.
