Line Producing for Music Video

Looking for an experienced Line Producer for an upcoming independent music video. We're developing a visually striking project for an emerging indie artist, blending surreal dreamscapes with gritty urban realism. Think a mix of "The Weeknd, Blinding Lights" meets early "Vampire Weekend" aesthetics, but with our own unique spin. It's going to be a fun, challenging shoot with lots of creative freedom. You'll be responsible for overseeing all physical production logistics from pre-production through wrap. This includes budgeting, scheduling, crew hiring, location scouting and securing, equipment rentals, and ensuring a smooth, safe set. We need someone who can work resourcefully, problem-solve on the fly, and manage a lean team effectively. This is a senior-level position, so prior experience line producing multiple music videos or short-form content is essential. Please provide a resume outlining your relevant experience. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for late July / early August, likely two overnights, in and around the Los Angeles area. Compensation for this project is a deferred backend percentage, as is common with independent music video work. We're a small production company, passionate about bringing unique visions to life.
