Line Producer, Commercial Shoot (Volunteer)

Seeking an experienced Line Producer for an upcoming independent commercial project. It's a visually driven piece, a short, stylized ad that blends surreal elements with practical effects, aiming for a dreamlike, high-end aesthetic. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a passionate art department and creative team on a project with strong potential for portfolio building. You'll be essential in keeping this production on track and within budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, logistical coordination, vendor management, and ensuring smooth production operations from pre-production through wrap. We need someone who can anticipate challenges and find creative solutions. We're looking for a senior-level line producer with a strong background in commercial production, even if it's on a smaller scale. Experience managing budgets and crews, even volunteer ones, is a must. Please share your resume and a brief overview of relevant projects. We prefer someone with their own laptop and relevant production software. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for late June/early July, approximately 3-4 full days. We'll provide meals on set and a copy of the final commercial for your reel.
