Production Coordinator (Miami)

Hey film fam, I'm Marco, an underwater cinematographer based in Miami, and I'm looking for a solid Production Coordinator for an upcoming independent commercial project. It's a high-energy lifestyle spot, think vibrant colors and a fast-paced edit, for a well-known beverage brand. Definitely a cool project to add to your reel. You'll be the backbone of our on-set operations, handling everything from scheduling and logistics to vendor management and petty cash. We need someone who can keep us organized and running smoothly. Experience managing commercial sets, even small ones, is a big plus. Good communication skills are essential, and familiarity with Miami area vendors and locations helps a lot. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for late May, approximately 3-4 days of shooting, plus a few prep days. Expect long days, but we'll make sure you're well-fed and supported. We'll provide all necessary production software and communication tools. Compensation is TBD, we'll discuss based on experience.
