Senior Production Coordinator, Corporate Video

Hey Miami production pros! We're looking for a sharp, experienced Production Coordinator to join a small production company for an upcoming series of corporate videos. We're producing engaging, high-quality content for a known brand, so we need someone who can keep everything running smoothly. Think efficient, professional, and a good vibe on set. Your main responsibilities will include managing shoot logistics, coordinating crew and equipment, handling permits and releases, and generally being the backbone of our production. We'll be doing several shoots over the next few months, so there's potential for ongoing work with this client. You'll work closely with the Producer and Director to ensure all pre-production and on-set needs are met. We need someone with at least 5+ years of experience coordinating corporate video projects, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing budgets and schedules. Familiarity with local Miami vendors and permits is a huge plus. Please have a solid resume showcasing your past coordinator roles. We're looking at approximate shoot dates mid-July through August, with typical 10-hour days. We provide a full production kit, catering, and travel as needed.
