VFX for Web Series

Hey fellow creatives, I'm Annika (an editor on this project) and we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Entry VFX Artist to join our team for an upcoming independent web series. It's a dark comedy, kind of a slice-of-life meets absurdist humor vibe, set in present-day Berlin. We're aiming for a slightly heightened reality visually, so some subtle but effective VFX work will really make it shine. Think compositing greenscreen elements, cleaning up shots, maybe adding some stylized overlays or practical effects enhancements. This is a passion project, so while there’s no pay, it’s a fantastic opportunity to build your reel and collaborate with a dedicated crew. We're looking for someone with a basic understanding of VFX software (After Effects, Nuke, Blender, etc.) and a keen eye for detail. Experience with greenscreen keying and tracking is a plus, but we're open to teaching an eager learner. A short reel or portfolio of your work, even personal projects, would be great to see. Production dates are flexible but we're aiming for principal photography in late spring, so post-production would likely run through summer. We envision about 5-10 hours a week, and we'll provide all necessary footage and assets. Come make some movie magic with us!
