Low-Budget Pitch Materials: How do you make them shine solo?
Hey everyone, Marcus here. I'm deep into pre-production on an ultra-low-budget feature, and frankly, I'm wearing about five hats already. The biggest hurdle right now is crafting really convincing pitch materials and a solid treatment. I'm essentially a one-person show, writing, directing, producing, and trying to pull together everything myself. I don't have the budget for a professional graphic designer, and extensive pre-vis is just not in the cards. I’ve been trying to piece together mood boards and simple text-based treatments, but I worry they lack that professional polish or visual impact. For those of you who've successfully navigated this, what specific tools or simplified approaches have you used to create compelling pitch materials or treatments when you're working with virtually no resources and no team?
