Scaling Contract Management for Focus Pullers: Spreadsheets to Platforms?

I'm Liam Hartigan, a focus puller, and I'm genuinely curious about how others have managed their contract workflow as their productions have grown. For years, I've relied on simple spreadsheets to track my gigs, rates, and payments, usually for projects on an ALEXA Mini or an AMIRA, sometimes even a V-RAPTOR XL. It worked fine when it was just me and a few projects a month, often with some Titan Tubes or an LS 600d Pro on set.
Now, I'm finding myself working on bigger shoots, sometimes with multiple ACs under me, and the spreadsheet method is starting to feel incredibly clunky and inefficient. Keeping track of different rates, payment schedules, and signed agreements for half a dozen people across various projects, all while dealing with equipment like an ALEXA 35 or even a SkyPanel X, is becoming a headache.
I’ve heard a lot about platforms like Wrapbook or DocuSign for managing contracts, but I've never really taken the plunge. For those of you who have made that transition, how did you adapt your workflow from basic spreadsheets to these more integrated platforms, and what was your experience like as your productions scaled?
