I'm Sofia, a location scout, and we just wrapped on a short film I'm really proud of. Now I'm staring down the barrel of a 20+ festival submission campaign, and the admin side of things is already feeling like a beast.
I've got the FilmFreeway account set up, and I’m using a basic spreadsheet to track deadlines and fees, but honestly, it feels like I’m constantly jumping between tabs and screens, wrestling with different requirements for each festival. It's especially tricky for the ones not on FilmFreeway, or with slightly different assets needed.
Beyond what's generally recommended, what personal workflow hack has been most effective for managing the administrative load of a 20+ festival submission campaign for you? I’m open to anything that helps streamline this process.
