Ultra-Low Budget Burn-Ins: Minimums for Sync Peace of Mind?

Hey everyone, Kevin Park here. We're on an ultra-low budget feature, shooting mostly on a Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 and an a7S III, trying to stretch every dollar. We're handling data management in-house and trying to keep post as lean as humanly possible. I'm hitting a wall trying to figure out the bare minimum burn-ins for our reference videos that will save us headaches later on with sync, but won't require a whole new software pipeline or add significant processing time. Obviously, we want to stamp out any 'this doesn't sync!' arguments before they start. We're thinking basic timecode for sure, but is there anything else that's absolutely essential that we can do on the cheap? Shot information, frame rate, anything else critical? What are your go-to, dirt-cheap, gotta-have-it burn-ins for sync reference?
