Audio Metadata in the Crunch: Your 'Good Enough' Strategies?

Hey fellow filmmakers, Sofia here, a location scout usually wrangling permits but lately getting deeper into post-production needs. I'm currently working on a documentary with a pretty tight turn around, shot on a mix of FX3s and a URSA Mini Pro G2, often run and gun. Our audio usually comes through a MixPre-6 II or an 833, with 6060 lavaliers. In a perfect world, every single take would have meticulous 'Alts' and perfect metadata entries, documenting every little nuance. But let's be real, sets get chaotic, especially when deadlines are looming and you're moving fast. What's your go-to compromise or 'good enough' strategy for metadata and alt takes when you just don't have the luxury of textbook prep? Do you prioritize speaker names? Scene numbers? Just ensuring something is entered? I'm open to anything that helps keep the editor sane without completely derailing the shoot. What's your real-world strategy here?
