Colorist, Web Series (Entry Level)

Hey everyone, Monique here. We're looking for an entry-level colorist for an upcoming independent web series. It's a really cool, quirky comedy-drama, think 'Atlanta' meets 'Broad City' but with a unique supernatural twist. We’ve already shot everything and have picture lock, so we need someone to work on post-production. You'll be responsible for establishing the overall look and feel of the series, color correcting all footage, ensuring consistency across episodes, and delivering final graded masters. We’re looking for someone with a good eye who can help enhance the storytelling through color. While this is an entry-level position, you should have a solid understanding of color grading software (DaVinci Resolve preferred, but open to others) and knowledge of current industry standards. Please have a reel or some work samples you can share, even if it's student work or personal projects. You'll need to work with your own equipment and software. This is a deferred pay position, which means payment will be made once the series gets picked up or starts generating revenue. We're looking to start this work soon, so flexibility with turnaround times is a plus. We will provide detailed notes, and you'll work remotely from your setup in the Los Angeles area.
