Colorist, Indie Pilot (entry level)

Hey all, I'm helping put together the crew for an exciting new pilot. It's a dark comedy with some surreal elements, think "Succession" meets early David Lynch. We're looking for an entry-level Colorist to help define the visual tone and bring out the cinematic quality of our footage. Your main responsibilities will be color correction and grading for a 30-40 minute pilot. We'll need someone proficient with DaVinci Resolve and comfortable working with log footage. While this is an entry-level position, a strong reel demonstrating your understanding of color theory and stylistic grading is a must. We anticipate approximately 3-5 days of work, loosely scheduled for late July or early August, depending on picture lock. The hours will be standard production days, 10-12 hours. We'll provide a dedicated workstation with the necessary software. This is a great opportunity to get a lead credit on a unique independent production and build your portfolio.
