1st AC, Commercial Project (Los Angeles)

Hey everyone! I'm Megan Foster, a Script Supervisor working on an upcoming independent commercial project, and we're looking for a skilled 1st Assistant Camera for a shoot in Los Angeles. This is for a vibrant, fast-paced commercial spot with a really energetic tone, promoting a new tech product. We’re aiming for a clean, modern aesthetic with some dynamic movement. We need someone who can handle focus pulling like a pro, maintain camera equipment, and manage lenses and media effectively. You'll work closely with our DP to ensure everything runs smoothly on set. We're open to various experience levels, from rising talent to seasoned pros, as long as you've got a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ideally, you'll have experience with various camera systems (RED, Arri, Blackmagic, etc.) and a good understanding of on-set etiquette. Shoot dates are currently TBD, but we're looking at a 1-day shoot in mid-March, potentially a long day (10-12 hours). We'll provide craft services and lunch, and travel within the LA area will be reimbursed if applicable. Compensation is TBD based on experience and discussed upon contact.
